Melanie is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with COMPASS RE NJ, and joined as a Founding Member in 2020. She is a blogger and writes two separate blogs, one about Real Estate and another about Autism. She grew up in South Florida, and lived in New Orleans for many years. Since 1999 she has been a resident of Short Hills, and has lived in 4 different houses in her first 5 years in town. She is very familiar with moving, buying and selling homes, flipping houses, renovations, new construction, understanding market values, as well as local areas and all they have to offer.
She has worked closely with her husband, renowned Designer Builder Architect Matthew Rosenbaum, in a host of high end properties and has developed dream homes along with wise investments. Melanie takes the time to help people plan their real estate journeys, every step of the way. With buyers, she loves helping people find the property that suits them best like a match-maker. With sellers, she prides herself on NOT being the realtor that makes people homeless. She wants to know where they are going first, before she sells their home.
Melanie earned a B.A. from Tulane University and a Master's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She received NCJAR's Rookie of the Year Award in 2013, is designated as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), along with being certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), she served on agency leadership councils, and is a paramount producer ranked in the top 2% of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service.
